Acoustic instrumentation meets world percussion from Brenda & John Trevethan. At the heart of the band is the doubleneck dulcitar/bazouki acoustic instrument. This is then embellished with Brenda’s woodwinds including clarinet, flute, and other ethnic wind instruments. Grand piano and acoustic guitar also make appearances on several of the tracks. All of this is supported by exotic world music influenced percussion loops and electric bass.
